If you don't take this step, then everything sits there and they don't know that you submitted anything. It's filling out the questionnaire and submitting it that forwards the case to a case worker for review. The email will not work, and just uploading your documents without submitting the questionnaire will not work. The representative that I spoke to explained that people are either not seeing the link in the middle of the home screen, so they're not submitting the questionnaire part, or they are emailing everything in instead of filling out the questionnaire. The email goes on to say that you will receive a correspondence notice on your PUA account shortly. You should have received an email last week that said something about your account being flagged as fraud due to an issue with your bank. I've got some new information and tips to share with those that are still dealing with pending fraud on their Ohio PUA claim.
